Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, sales, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard shipping within the United States.
Our current standard shipping rate is $8.95, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Shipping estimates shown at checkout refer to transit time after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.
Princess & Papa is not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit, but we’re always happy to help if you experience a delivery issue.
Preorders
Items marked as Preorder are not currently available for immediate shipment.
Estimated ship or availability dates are displayed on the applicable product page and/or during checkout. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, freight, customs, carrier, supply-chain, or other delays outside our control.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, fulfillment timing may vary depending on the items in your order. You may receive your items in separate shipments.
You will receive tracking information as each shipment is sent.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated fulfillment timeline shown at the time of purchase.
Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Princess & Papa is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
