Princess & Papa Partner Program Guidelines
Welcome to the Princess & Papa Partner Program. We’re excited to work with parents and caregivers who genuinely love our brand and want to share Princess & Papa with their communities.
Our Partner Program is a curated program, and participation is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with the guidelines below.
Eligibility
To participate in the Princess & Papa Partner Program, you must:
- Be a parent or caregiver of a daughter between newborn and 8 years old
- Have an active, public Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook account
- Be willing to create and share original content featuring Princess & Papa looks
- Maintain content and social activity that aligns with the Princess & Papa brand and community
Meeting these requirements does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed individually.
Partner Benefits
Approved Partners may receive:
- A unique referral link and customer discount code
- 10% commission on qualifying affiliate sales
- An exclusive Partner discount
- Opportunities to earn free products through special challenges or campaigns
- Early access to new collections and seasonal launches
- Opportunities to be featured on Princess & Papa social channels
- Invitations to select campaigns, collaborations, and events
Benefits and opportunities may vary and are not guaranteed.
Referral Commission
Partners earn 10% commission on qualifying merchandise sales attributed to their referral link or affiliate discount code.
Commission is calculated after applicable discounts and excludes shipping and taxes.
Commissions are not earned on:
- Personal purchases made through your own referral link or code
- Canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid orders
- Orders that cannot be properly attributed to your referral activity
Princess & Papa reserves the right to review and adjust commissions when necessary.
Customer Discount
Approved Partners receive a unique 10% discount code to share with friends, family, and followers.
Partner discount codes:
- May not be combined with other discount codes unless Princess & Papa specifically allows it
- May not be posted to coupon, deal, or discount-code aggregation websites
- May not be promoted through paid search advertising using Princess & Papa branded terms
- May not be used for unauthorized promotions or giveaways
Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly once a Partner has earned at least $25 in payable commissions.
Payments are issued after applicable returns, cancellations, and adjustments have been processed.
Partners are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
Princess & Papa may request tax documentation when required by applicable law.
Content Expectations
Partners are expected to authentically share Princess & Papa with their communities.
Content should:
- Feature Princess & Papa products accurately
- Reflect the Partner’s genuine experience and opinions
- Be appropriate for a family-focused audience
- Tag Princess & Papa when appropriate
- Clearly identify sponsored or affiliate relationships when required
Partners may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved claims about Princess & Papa or its products.
Affiliate Disclosure
Partners are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and endorsement laws and platform requirements.
When sharing affiliate links, discount codes, gifted products, or other compensated content, Partners must clearly disclose the relationship with Princess & Papa.
Disclosures should be easy to notice and understand and may include language such as:
#ad, #affiliate, #PrincessAndPapaPartner, or a clear statement that the Partner may earn a commission from purchases.
Brand Use
Princess & Papa logos, photography, graphics, product images, and other brand materials may only be used to promote Princess & Papa in connection with the Partner Program.
Partners may not:
- Alter the Princess & Papa logo
- Create materials that imply they are an employee or official representative of Princess & Papa
- Create unauthorized websites, social accounts, or domain names using Princess & Papa branding
- Use Princess & Papa intellectual property for unrelated commercial purposes
Approved marketing assets may be provided through the Partner dashboard.
Paid Advertising
Partners may not bid on Princess & Papa branded keywords, trademarks, business names, product names, or common misspellings in paid search advertising without written permission.
Partners may not run ads that impersonate Princess & Papa or direct shoppers through misleading links or pages.
Free Products and Challenges
From time to time, Princess & Papa may offer opportunities to earn or receive complimentary products through campaigns, content challenges, or special promotions.
Participation requirements will be communicated separately for each opportunity.
Receiving complimentary products does not guarantee future products, campaigns, or compensation.
Social Media Features and Content Sharing
By tagging Princess & Papa or submitting content directly to us, Partners may give Princess & Papa permission to repost or share that content on our owned social channels, website, email marketing, or other brand channels, with credit when appropriate.
For paid advertising, extensive usage, or other commercial uses outside ordinary reposting, Princess & Papa may request additional permission.
Program Conduct
Partners are expected to represent Princess & Papa professionally and respectfully.
Princess & Papa may suspend or remove a Partner for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Fraudulent or abusive referral activity
- Repeated failure to disclose affiliate relationships
- Misrepresentation of the brand or products
- Inappropriate or harmful content
- Posting affiliate codes to unauthorized coupon sites
- Violation of these guidelines
- Conduct that may damage the Princess & Papa brand or community
Changes to the Program
Princess & Papa may update Partner Program benefits, commission rates, discount structures, eligibility requirements, or these guidelines at any time.
Material changes will be communicated to active Partners when appropriate.
